Garlic Naan best foods in India

Garlic Naan

Garlic naan is one of my favorite foods, and I make it at home all the time. But nothing compares to ordering this delicious bread fresh from a restaurant or market. Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread that can be prepared in many different ways, but garlic naan is the best. You can eat garlic naan on its own as a snack, but it’s most often served with Butter Chicken.

    Vindaloo

Vindaloo (also called vindalho) is a curry dish that’s popular in Goa, Vasai, Konkan, and Kerala. It’s very, very spice and is usually made with pork, but you’ll find it with other meats as well. Prawn vindaloo is my favorite.

I love Indian food, it is one of my favorite cuisines. So many wonderful flavors, scents, and colors. Thanks for sharing! (Have you ever had ras malai? It is the reason I bought my Instant Pot, so I could make it at home, lol!)
